So...this week is going to be so busy! Before it all starts, I thought I would share just a few images that slow me down and bring a smile to my face. Hope you like them. This little beauty was a guest at Brittany and KC's wedding which I posted last week. She is such a natural beauty I had to snap a few of her before we left Mt. Vernon!

Brittany and KC
So I will be honest, I usually prefer the city, but Brittany and KC's Mt Vernon wedding made me think again. Every corner of this little town offers some kind of simple beauty. It was the perfect place to celebrate pure and sweet young love. I have been to many ceremonies over the past few years but Brittany and KC got me with their vows. I was literally wiping tears from my eyes. These two love each other so much! It was such a joy to photograph every moment of this lovely day.

Summer light
So the three of us made a day trip to Jamestown, Ohio in August. Jamestown is a small town where I would spend weekends as a kid with my best friend Becky. Becky and I have been friends for our whole lives. Her mom started babysitting me when I was two years old! Though life keeps us apart at times we always manage to reconnect a couple of times a year. This time we traveled to her parents house to photograph her beautiful children. "The Field" as everyone calls the amazing land behind their house, was the perfect place to capture the last few days of summer. It was surreal to be back in that house with my own family. Time moves so fast....I guess that's why friends and photographs are so important.

Melissa and Joe
What an amazing day this was! We knew that when we met Melissa and Joe for their engagement session at OSU that this day was going to be full of happiness, excitement and celebration. From the beautiful ceremony under a gorgeous chuppah, to the fantastic sounds of the live band at the reception this wedding was definitely one to remember. Melissa and Joe we wish you a lifetime of happiness and love. Mazel tov!
